travelled from out of town to the hospital, rung up reception and Robyn was extremely accommodating. instructions for late arrival were amazing and fantastic service.

I had a reasonably large room with a functional decor. The views across city were GREAT. Location: the hotel was just off town centre, multiple restaurants and the museums. Pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, provided useful info.

Everything was good, the parking was on-site, the room was spotless and updated. The staff were exceptional and pleasant too. The service was all in all amazing! I had quite comfortable days staying at this good central hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very good, within walking distance to the town center and other attractions. The apartment we stayed in was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We even received a free upgrade from a studio to an apartment, which was brilliant. There was a restaurant straight across the road, making it convenient for dining. The staff were very friendly and showed us on the map the good places to visit in this place, which was very helpful and saved us time. Highly recommended for families.

It's pretty ideal central hotel with pretty friendly staff. The restaurant is great and reasonably priced. All in all they offer friendly service. I would return there, truly enjoyed the property...

Unbeatable location to Edgar Centre. A nice bar on site. Really had fab stay with suggestions of things to do during our stay.

the location is great, 1 mile from a multi-purpose stadium. it's in the shopping area very close to the museums and shops and restaurants and the railway station which is another bonus.

The location of this motel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. The rooms were clean, bright, and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner/manager was incredibly accommodating and supportive during a difficult time for my family. I would highly recommend staying at this motel.

Location: the hotel was so close to bars and movies, and tourist attractions that the lovely Katrina. The room was beautifully maintained and nicely furnished with all facilities, just what we needed.

This place is wonderful with comfortable rooms and it's only a short 5-minute walk from the Otago Museum, making it very convenient to visit. The location is also great as it's just 25 km from the airport, making it easy to reach.

Units for 3 females-bed each-yay. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival. The location was very central, so close to Very close to town, and the cafes, Uni campus & shops, and there were a museum and a university campus close to the venue.

The location was awesome, right in the center of everything! It was so convenient to have cafes and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Plus, being close to the university was a big bonus. The room was cozy and the bedding was warm, which made for a comfortable stay.

It would have been more convenient if we were able to stay near our family members. This was a bit inconvenient for us, but it wasn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things.

The location in the centre of town is a major plus, with several good restaurants within a short walking distance. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making sure all the essential amenities are taken care of. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a spa tub, perfect for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast served here is delicious and satisfying.
